Carnival planned on North Side

YOUNGSTOWN

A North Side Carnival will take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Nevels Temple, 939 Elm St., at the corner of Elm and Park Avenue.

The hours Thursday and Friday are 3 to 10 p.m., and Saturday, 1 to 11 p.m. There will be rides for children and adults and food vendors. All are welcome to celebrate summer’s end.
