Scrappers’ GM resigns

Dave Smith has resigned as general manager of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers after 11 seasons with the team.

The club announced the move on Monday. He will be replaced by Jordan Taylor, who served as the Scrappers’ assistant general manager since 2006.
