Browns upset they lost another one

The Cleveland Browns are stuck in a rut filled with penalties, missed chances and losses.

Coach Eric Mangini bemoaned the team’s litany of errors in Sunday’s 16-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, a defeat that mirrored Cleveland’s Week 1 defeat at Tampa Bay. Mangini said he again spoke with his players about the self-inflicted wounds.

Cleveland committed nine penalties while dropping to 0-2.
