Enrichment programs for boys, girls kickoff next weekend

YOUNGSTOWN

Warriors Inc. will have a kickoff celebration for its Warriors of Manhood and Totally You Girl programs at 10 a.m. next Saturday at Choffin Career and Technical Center, 200 E. Wood St. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.

Warriors of Manhood is an enrichment program that focuses on educating and empowering young men age 9–19. Totally You Girl offers course and activities for the social, physical and spiritual needs of young women age 9-19.

The programs start Oct. 9 and take place every other Saturday at the Youngstown Academy of Excellence, 1408 Rigby St. For more information or to register, contact Sparkil Alli at 330-783-5440 or stop at the Warriors office, 2733 Market St.
