Casey Owens to be bride of James Maidon II

YOUNGSVILLE, LA.

Dale and Colleen Owens of Youngsville, La., formerly of Boardman, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Casey Leigh Owens of Atlanta, to James Kevin Maidon II, also of Atlanta. Mr. Maidon is a son of Jim and Mary Maidon of Lima, Ohio.

Invitations will be extended for the couple’s wedding, to take place at 2 p.m. Oct. 9 at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Atlanta and for a reception that evening at Renaissance, also in Atlanta.

Miss Owens holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Xavier University and a master’s in medical science in physician assistant studies from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She is a physician assistant at Piedmont Heart Institute Critical Care Service in Atlanta.

Her fianc earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Toledo and is an account manager with International Paper in Atlanta.
