Kristy Lake had 21 kills, six blocks, 13 digs and 11 points for the Boardman High volleyball team, which beat Lake 28-26, 23-25, 25-18, 25-23 in a Federal League game on Thursday.

Stephanie Sfara had 16 kills, 12 digs and eight points and Kayleigh Lipke had 10 points, seven kills and five blocks for Spartans (6-3, 3-3 Federal). JVs: Lake 2-1.

Canfield 25-25-25, Mooney 11-17-18

CANFIELD

Abby Malsch had 11 kills, Sabrina Mangapora had nine kills and Hannah Milstead had four kills and five blocks for Canfield (5-2). Chyna Davis led Mooney (6-5) with four kills and five blocks, Laura Boniface had three kills and seven blocks and Christie Pelini had four kills and 13 digs. JVs: Canfield 25-11, 23-25, 29-27.
