Police arrived at the business and found a razor with refills as they were taking Carter into custody. Police also found a 4-inch pearl-handled kitchen knife inside Carter’s prosthetic leg.
According to police, Car-ter repeatedly kicked at the windows of the police car and spit on officers as he was being taken to the county jail. He was ultimately sprayed with chemical tear gas by officers attempting to transport him to the jail.
