Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has expanded its mobile service with a new iPhone and iPad application designed to help homebuyers locate open houses. The application, dubbed Hanna Home, was unveiled Wednesday at a companywide managers’ meeting at the Lake House here. The free application uses the iPhone and iPad GPS capabilities to locate open-house locations in the user’s area. The service also can show a chronological list of the day’s open houses and allows the user to create a personalized list of houses they would like to visit. Each open house listing includes a photo slideshow of the property, price information, property details and contact information for the listing’s real-estate agent.
