Foundation to sponsor benefit dinner, dance

A Way With Words Foundation has chosen McMenamy’s, 325 Youngstown Warren Road, as the setting for a dinner, dance and charity auction that will take place at 7 p.m. Oct. 15. The event will be a fundraiser and will raise awareness about breast cancer.

The theme for the pink tie event will be “AwwwMazing Affair to Remember.” Featured during the evening will be a live auction, silent auction and a Chinese auction.

Admission to the event will be $35 per person or $250 for a table of eight. The fee includes dinner, dancing to live music and an open bar.

The sponsorships are available and can be monetary, in kind, or items. Available will be the following sponsorships: Pink Tie, $2,500; Gold Tie, $1,000; Blue Tie, $1,500; White Tie, $500; and Rainbow Tie, $100.

Sponsors will receive tickets to the event, program ads, media listing and promotion, and auction tickets.

The exclusive media sponsor for this year’s fundraiser will be WFMJ-21, which will provide additional coverage for all sponsors.
