An Ohio contractor has pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit bribery involving a former sewer-agency attorney who handled disputed billing claims in an expansion project.
The Plain Dealer in Cleveland reports that 83-year-old Stanley Lojek, of Cleveland, pleaded guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Cleveland.
Lojek ran a company that did subcontracting work for Cleveland’s regional sewage agency.
