Dear Readers,
Dear Readers,
We apologize for our late delivery of your Sunday Vindicator. We had an electrical problem with our press. We ended up having to split our printing into two separate press runs. We were about seven hours late.
It was not your carrier’s fault.
Our telephone lines were so swamped with calls that they became overloaded. When that occurs, some callers may never reach our switchboard. The line just rings and never gets answered, or the telephone company automatically puts on an out-of-service or disconnected message. If you tried calling us and experienced either of those situations, we apologize.
Please be assured that our telephone lines have not been disconnected nor are they out of service. The volume of calls simply overloaded the system. Please continue to call our customer-service line, 330-746-6561, for any delivery questions.
Again, we apologize for our late delivery and any difficulty you may have had trying to reach our customer-service department.
Thank you for your understanding.
The Vindicator
