Pasture walk to offer glimpse of local beef farm

A pasture walk will begin at 6 p.m. Sept. 23 on the Campbell family beef farm, 16200 Palmyra Road.

Participants will learn about the changes the Campbell operation has seen in regards to cow size, calving season and watering systems. Stockpiled forages for winter feeding will also be discussed.

Refreshments will be provided following the walk. Registration is required by Sept. 17. For more information, call 330-627-9852.
