Local band to open show

A Mahoning Valley band will be one of the opening acts for tonight’s KISS concert at Blossom.

Love Turns Hate won the opportunity to play a handful of its songs at the start of the show by winning an online voting contest. KISS is holding such contests for local bands in every city on its tour.

The rock quintet consists of Jimmi Migliozzi, vocals; Tony Young, guitar; Brady Brownlee, guitar; Leif Damstoft, drums; and Don Kacenski, bass.
