Stage Left Youth Players fall musicals, Trinity Playhouse, Lisbon. Auditions for actors and singers from kindergarten through eighth grade are needed for two shows. Top Hat Productions, at Fairview Arts and Outreach Center, 4220 Youngstown-Poland Road, Youngstown, will have auditions at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Five female vocalists will be cast for the production, which will be presented in November. For more info, call 330-8814-0980.

Salem Community Theatre, 490 E. State St., Salem, will have auditions for “Miracle on 34th Street” at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 19 and 20. Be prepared to read from the script. SINGERS

Salem Youth Chorus is accepting auditions for the 2010-11 season. Teens 14-19 are eligible. Weekly rehearsals will take place alternately in Boardman and Salem. They have sung in Williamsburg, Va., Washington D.C., New York City and cathedrals in Ireland, Wales and England. This is an accelerated, “honors”-level ensemble and is great for those considering a career in music as a teacher or performer.
