The telephone number for those in Youngstown who want to switch to the city’s natural-gas program is 800-608-8510. The telephone number was incorrect in a Saturday article on Page A9. The city negotiated a 12-month fixed rate of $5.9886 per MCF with Vectren Source. The rate begins in November.

Ohio Association of Second Harvest Foodbanks is pushing for restoration of $11.9 billion that is to be cut from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in 2014. The restoration amount was incorrect in a Saturday article on childhood obesity on Page A8.
