We're here live at Beaver Stadium for YSU's opener against Penn State.

The game pits first-year head coach Eric Wolford against the longest-tenured coach in the Football Bowl Subdivision, Joe Paterno.

A pair of freshman will square off at quarterback as YSU redshirt freshman Kurt Hess and PSU true freshman Robert Bolden start their careers.

We'll be blogging after every quarter. The game is being broadcast on WKBN-AM 570 and the Big Ten Network. Armstrong cable does not carry BTN.
