Youngstown State scored two touchdowns, the first time it had done so against a BCS team in six tries, but the magic ran out. The Penguins were defeated 44-14 this afternoon.

Quarterback Kurt Hess tossed a touchdown to receiver Ely Ducatel in the game’s closing minutes. The 30-point deficit was the closest the Penguins have come in their history against BCS opponents.
