Roller coaster to run all weekend

CONNEAUT LAKE PARK, PA.

The Blue Streak roller coaster at Conneaut Lake Park will be open through the Labor Day holiday weekend with a $3-per-ride fee.

The season ends after this weekend, but the park — and the Blue Streak — will be open most weekends in September and October for special events, including Oktoberfest, Pumpkin Fest and Ghost Lake. Go to conneautlakepark.com for the schedule.

The roller coaster opened this week after an extensive refurbishment was completed. It last ran in the 2006 season.
