Seaburn-Webster wedding vows will be Oct. 16

MOUNT STERLING, OHIO

Barbara Annette Seaburn, daughter of Peggy Seaburn of Mount Sterling, Ohio, and the late Michael Seaburn, is announcing her engagement and upcoming wedding to Philip Michael Webster, son of Sue Webster of Youngstown and Bill Webster of the Philippines.

The bride-elect is employed at Great Clips in Hilliard, Ohio, and the prospective groom works for ABC Supply in Columbus.

They will exchange nuptial vows Oct. 16 at Brown Road Community Church in Columbus.
