The 164th Canfield Fair runs through Labor Day, Sept. 6. Gates open at 8 a.m. each day.

FRIDAY

Grandstand attractions

8 p.m.: World’s Largest Demolition Derby.

Judging/Special Events

8 a.m.: Junior Fair market beef showmanship at Coliseum Eight; 4-H Saddle horse at North Ring.

8:30 a.m.: Draft horse, halter at East Ring.

9 a.m.: Holstein cattle at South Cattle Complex; Sheep at Sheep Barn 36.

9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Senior Day seminars at Building 25.

9:30 a.m.: Registered Welsh ponies at South Ring.

11 a.m.: Grade ponies at South Ring; Junior Fair feeder calf showmanship at Coliseum Eight; Junior Fair market dairy beef at Coliseum 8.

1:15 p.m.: Canfield Fair “Pineapple Possibilities” Contest at Hay and Grain Building.

1:30 p.m.: Registered Hackney ponies at South Ring.

2:30 p.m.: Registered Shetland ponies at South Ring.

5 p.m.: Dog agility demonstrations at North Ring; Limousin cattle at South Cattle Complex.

5:30 p.m.: Goat milk fudge and rabbit meat auctions at Coliseum 8; Aberdeen Angus cattle at South Cattle Complex.

6 p.m.: Simmental cattle at South Cattle Complex; pony hitches at South Ring.

7 p.m.: Market beef auction followed by market feeders at Coliseum 8; Sheep Canfield Lead Line at Sheep Barn 36.

8 p.m.: Maine Anjou Cattle at South Cattle Complex.

SATURDAY

8 a.m.: Draft pony pig iron derby.

Noon: Harness racing.

7 p.m.: Canfield Fair championship truck and tractor pull.

9 a.m.: Jersey and Guernsey cattle at South Cattle Complex.

9:30 a.m.: Registered mini- horse at South Ring.

10 a.m.: Hitch draft horse at East Ring.

11 a.m.: 4-H fashion revue at Building 25 Auditorium.

Noon: Junior Fair llama costume class at Coliseum 8.

12:30 p.m.: Sheep shearing demonstration at Sheep Barn 36.

3 p.m.: Supreme Champion Dairy at South Cattle Complex.

4 p.m.: Junior Fair Beef Breeding Projects at South Cattle Complex.

5 p.m.: Beef Shorthorn cattle at South Cattle Complex; Pocket Pet Decorated Cage at Barn 10.

6 p.m.: Pony hitches at South Ring.

7 p.m.: Dog Agility Demonstration at North Ring.
