Applications available for growth awards

Applications are being accepted for the 18th Annual Mahoning Valley Growth Awards.

These awards are co-sponsored by the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University and the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.

The application can be found on the college website at www.wcba.ysu.edu or on the chamber website at www.regionalchamber.com. All applications must be submitted by Wednesday.

These awards are open to all for-profit businesses in the Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. Awards will be presented in the following categories: Percentage Increase in Sales, Percentage Increase in Employees, Percent Increase in Export Sales, Emerging Business (growth in sales/employees, less than four years old) and Human Resource Development.

The Williamson College of Business Administration and the Regional Chamber will be recognizing the success and vitality of Mahoning Valley companies at the Annual Mahoning Valley Growth Awards Breakfast on Oct. 12 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman.
