A Mahoning County grand jury has handed up indictments on 30 people. Those indicted:

Troy Kelsar, 29, Ranier Trail, Boardman, illegal possession of a weapon, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Michael McCudden, 54, Matthews Road, possession of heroin.

Duane Went, 23, East Indianola, aggravated possession of drugs.

Vincent Gomori, 21, Springfield Road, Poland, receiving stolen property, failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

Leroy Scott, 30, Park-cliffe Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Derek Carter, 18, Wilson Avenue, Campbell, assault.

Jay Franklin, 39, Third Street, Salem, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine.

Antoine Davis, 45, New Road, kidnapping and two counts of felonious assault.

Stephen Cortner, 29, Creed Street, Struthers, possession of cocaine.

Jamal Roland, 20, Fairmont Avenue, and Bryant Spence, 20, Trumbull Avenue, Liberty, unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance and failure to comply with the order of a police officer.

Anthony Elgabri, 26, Calloway Circle, Austintown, possession of heroin.

Ja-Ron Mitchell, 20, Superior Street, trafficking in heroin, trafficking in drugs, trafficking in cocaine, possessing criminal tools.

Gregory Young, 51, Canfield Road, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools.

James Harris, 51, St. Louis Avenue, felonious assault.

Richard Edwards, 35, Almyra Road, domestic violence, menacing by stalking.

Samuel Ciancola, 42, Woodmere Road, Austintown, receiving stolen property.

Joshua Steen, 20, Oregon Avenue, Sebring, Travis Sanders, 24, Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, and Michael Beane, 25, Virginia Avenue, Sebring, burglary and theft.

Carlos Flores, 36, East Indianola Avenue, possession of heroin.

Michael Daviduk, 30, First Street, aggravated robbery.

Vanets Jones III, 26, Ferndale Avenue, felonious assault, domestic violence.

Shakia Beacham, 20, Eastway Drive, and Deshann Torres, AKA Delshawn Torres, 21, Highland Avenue, Warren, theft, receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards.

Scott Primm, 29, Center Road, Poland, possession of heroin.

William Sabo, 28, Andrews Drive, Canfield, passing bad checks, forgery.

Larry Smith, 70, Court Street, Canfield, rape and sexual battery.

Samuel Crayton, 20, Matthews Road, felonious assault.

Robert Kennedy Jr., 23, South Edgehill Avenue, Austintown, rape, gross sexual imposition.

Darrin Moore, 24, no address given, and Mareese Sanders, 24, West Delason, illegal conveyance of prohibited items into a detention facility.
