ABILENE, TEXAS

Stephanie Stryhal, daughter of Terri and James Krause of Plainfield, Ill., and Sean and Stacie Stryhal of High Ridge, Mo.; and Bryan White, a son of Rick and Cindy White of Cortland, were united in marriage during an outdoor ceremony at 5:30 p.m. May 22 at Lytle Cove Cottage in Abilene, The bride’s stepfather officiated.

The couple accepted congratulations at a reception immediately after the wedding. Following a honeymoon at Sandals White House Resort in Jamaica, the couple live in Millbrook, Ala.

The bride’s lace A-line gown featured cap sleeves and a keyhole back and was enhanced with an ivory satin sash.

Champagne and brown gowns were worn by Rachel Propst, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Sabrina Palmisano, Aimee Luallin and the groom’s sister Alicia Vanlandingham.

Marty Hancharenko served as best man, and groomsmen were Joe Pease, Kurt Lubelan and the bride’s brother, Danny Stryhal. Guests were ushered by Timmothy Krause and Jesse Krause, brothers of the bride.

The bride is a project coordinator with Raycom Media in Montgomery, Ala. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

The groom, a captain in the U.S. Air Force in Montgomery, is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He served in Kyrgyzstan in 2008 during Operation Enduring Freedom.
