The fourth-graders at Holy Family School in Poland are part of “ARK” which stands for “Acts of Random Kindness” and they are back at it.

The girls met after school Sept. 24 to make special Halloween treat bags for the children at the Sojourner House. They also discussed the subject of “kindness” from the book titled “E is for Ethics.” This discussion led to conversations about friendship and bullying.

Under the direction of Tina Kali, the girls meet once a month to perform acts of kindness, service and volunteering. The girls visited the WFMJ studio for a tour and to see a live news broadcast Oct. 20.
