Hirsch-Wertman nuptials planned for May 2011

BEAVER, Pa.

Dr. and Mrs. Bernard Hirsch of Beaver announce the engagement of their daughter Amy Hirsch to Joel Wertman, son of Jack and Patty Wertman of Poland.

The bride-elect is a certified physician assistant. She graduated from the Duquesne University Rangos School of Health Science, where she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She is employed by the Bryn Mawr Urology Group, Philadelphia.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Temple University School of Law. He maintains a securities law practice with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, of Philadelphia.

The couple, both of Philadelphia, are planning a May 2011 wedding.
