Cooking symposium will tap tastes of fall

YOUNGSTOWN

Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek MetroParks will present “A Taste of Autumn Cooking Symposium” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 6.

Watch and learn as returning professional chef team Bryan and Sarah Severns prepare a menu of harvest ingredients followed by a family-style midday meal. Autumn chowder, harvest salad and many other tasty dishes will result.
