Unwanted electronics collection Saturday

Mahoning County residents can drop off unwanted electronics at the Canfield Fairgrounds.

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, residents are asked to bring old computers, monitors, printers, keyboards, fax machines, cell phones, microwaves, DVD players or VCR units to the main entrance, Gate 3 off Fairgrounds Boulevard.

There’s a $5 fee for computer monitors and a fee for televisions that ranges from $5 to $25. Everything else is accepted for free. The drive is sponsored by the Canfield Township trustees and Mahoning County Green Team. For more information, contact the Green Team at 330-740-2060.
