Tornado watch issued for Mahoning Valley area

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until 9 p.m. today for the counties of Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Ashtabula, Geauga, Stark and Portage in Ohio and Mercer and Lawrence in Pennsylvania. A watch means conditions are good for possible formation of a tornado.
