Gospel Skate scheduled

Champion Rollarena, 5040 Mahoning Ave., will be the setting from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday for a Gospel Skate to promote unity and safety on Halloween night.

Participants are asked to take a can of food or other nonperishable food item as their admission fee. Skate rental is $3. Each child will receive a treat bag.

The event is being sponsored by Agape Assembly Church, Hoyt Street Flourishing Ministries, St. Paul Church, Greater Apostolic Faith Church, Restoration Christian Fellowship, Community Church of God in Christ, and Greater St. John Church of God in Christ.
