Seiber-Greenwood engagement told, wedding planned

Announced by Jeffrey and Judy Seiber of Niles is the engagement of their daughter, Jillian Ashley Seiber, of Falling Waters, Md., and Richard Greenwood Jr., a son of Richard and Marjorie Greenwood, all of Clarksburg, Md.

The bride-to-be graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in education, and from the University of Notre Dame in Maryland with a master’s degree. She is a teacher with Washington County Public Schools in Smithsburg, Md.

The prospective groom, a technician with the Department of Public Works and Transportation in Clarksburg, attended Montgomery Community College.

Girard United Methodist Church has been chosen by the couple for their open wedding at 4 p.m. Nov. 20. Invitations will be issued for their reception to follow at Avalon Country Club at Squaw Creek, Vienna.
