Barickman family gathers to honor 50th

CANFIELD

An anniversary party at A La Cart Catering the afternoon of Oct. 23 honored Josephine and Lawrence W. Barickman Jr. of Canfield as they celebrated 50 years of marriage.

Extending invitations to the festivity were the hosts, the couple’s children and their spouses: Jim and Theresa Miller of Beloit, Bernadette and Jerry Tentinger Jr. of New Middletown, Bill and Shelley Barickman of Salem, and David and Candi Barickman of Fremont, Ohio.

The Barickmans also have 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Barickman is retired from Fischer Publishing in Canfield, where she was a secretary.

Mr. Barickman retired from GM Lordstown, where he worked in maintenance. He is a veteran of the Korean War, when he was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a member of the Ellsworth VFW Post.

Mr. Barickman and the former Josephine Dzurella were married Oct. 19, 1960, in Meadville, Pa.
