Boy Scout Troop 25 chartered to Canfield United Methodist Church recognized and honored scouts who earned rank advancements, merit badges and other awards during the summer at its annual Fall Court of Honor Sept. 29 in the Fellowship Hall of the church.
Kevin Prus, Sr. served as Master of Ceremonies and the Court of Honor was opened by the troop’s color guard.
Recognized scouts were: Anthony Bettile, Ben Boughner, Patrick Byrne, Mack Carr, D.J. Doran, Donny Duda, Andry Dunbar, Billy Gibson, Robert Gleichert, Andrew Hallof, Eric Henderson, Jeff Joseph, Taylor Kline, Nathan Metze, Carson Markley, Matt Nielson, Patrick Nielson, Mario Ramunno, Robert Reed, Nick Sammarco, and Joe Selim.

Several scouts earned merit badges from this historic program in which all requirements must be completed by Dec. 31. Bettile, Doran and Duda earned some of their badges when they attended the 2010 National Boy Scout Jamboree in Fort A.P. Hill, Va.
