Canfield band students launch fruit sale

The 435 members of the Canfield Bands have launched their annual fruit sale fundraiser.

The items for sale include every kind of fruit arrangement possible as well as gourmet cheesecakes.

Citrus fruit from Florida, as well as apples and pears are very and fresh this time of year.

In addition, many people buy gift arrangements to give as a fresh and healthy gift over the holidays.

The fruit sale has become one of the main fundraisers for the Canfield Band parents. Money raised is used to help fund and support the music programs offered in the Canfield school system.

From buying instruments and sheet music to funding para-professional instructors, the money raised goes directly to the musical education of children in Canfield.
