Calling businesses to Halloween event

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown Litter Control and Recycling, the Youngstown Phantoms and the Covelli Centre are inviting area businesses to participate in the first Trick-or-Treat event that will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Covelli Centre.

Those taking part will be expected to provide candy for approximately 1,500 children. They will also have the opportunity to man tables where they can pass out informational and promotional information about their businesses.
