Crash in Toledo kills 3, injures 2

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — Police say three people are dead and two are injured from an overnight crash in Toledo.

Police on the scene tell multiple media outlets that a pickup truck was pulling out of a parking lot at about 2 a.m. today when it collided with another vehicle. The three who died were passengers in the other vehicle.

Both drivers were hospitalized. It’s not clear how badly they were hurt.

No other details were immediately available. Police officials did not immediately return calls seeking further comment.
