Crash kills man in Columbiana Co. County

A man was killed in a one-car accident in Unity Township, Columbiana County, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.

The accident happened at 3:50 p.m. Sunday on Hadley Road 1 mile east of Rauch Road.

Bud T. Linert, 31, of 51117 Hadley Road, East Palestine, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said his car was westbound when it went off the road and hit a tree and a culvert before overturning.
