MR. AND MRS. PAUL STEPUK

CANFIELD

The 50th wedding anniversary celebration for Paul and Carol Stepuk of Canfield took place at Antone’s Banquet Center, Boardman, on Sept 10.

Hosting the event were their children and spouses, Paul D. Stepuk, Greg Stepuk, Mark (Becky) Stepuk and Melissa (Mike) Chadbourne.

A buffet-style dinner was served, and Richie D. of “Rhythm of the Night” provided the music.

The former Carol Lodge of Salem and Paul Stepuk of Greenford were married on Sept. 10, 1960, at the First Baptist Church in Salem.

Mr. Stepuk was employed by Ohio Edison Co. for 27 years before retiring in 1994 as Salem district manager.

Mrs. Stepuk was a bank teller at Farmers National Bank in Austintown. They own and operate Stepuk Tree Farm on Washingtonville Road, now managed by their sons.

The couple are active members of Mahoning County Reserve Officers Association. The Stepuks are the grandparents of Sara Stepuk, Michael and Natalia Chadbourne, and Zachary Stepuk.

A second celebration took place Sept. 12 at Nativity of Christ Orthodox Church in Youngstown, where they are members. A ceremony was conducted after the liturgy to honor the couple on their golden anniversary.
