Burglary: To a residence in the 3700 block of Farm Avenue through a rear window. Among the items stolen were a 42-inch TV, a computer and a cell phone, for a $4,145 loss.

Oct. 3

Theft: More than $6,100 was stolen from a township residence.

Oct. 4

Theft/forgery: A Poland Village Boulevard woman reported three stolen personal checks also were forged.
