Hike/bike event set Sunday in Lisbon

LISBON — The Columbiana County Medical Society is sponsoring a family hike or bike event on the Greenway Trail from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday starting at the PL&W train station, 232 S. Market St. The event's goal is to encourage families to exercise together for a healthy lifestyle.

The first 500 participants receive a free reflective vest or rain poncho. Water and fruit will be available.

Hikers and bikers may travel the 12-mile trail as far as they choose. Parking is available at the station. For information, call Donna Thompson at 330-332-7213.
