Fed grand jury indicts Trumbull Co. man on bank robbery, other charges
CLEVELAND — A federal grand jury has indicted a 42-year-old Bristolville man on charges of armed bank robbery, obstruction of commerce by robbery and attempted carjacking, the U.S. Attorney announced today.
Frank W. Prusky Jr. is charged with trying to carjack a vehicle from a patron at Santisi’s IGA in Girard and trying to take merchandise from a Dollar General store in Girard, while threatening an employee with a fake firearm, both on Aug. 20; taking money and merchandise from a Walgreen’s in Niles, while threatening an employee with a knife Aug. 22; and an armed robbery of $1,677 from Huntington National Bank in Girard on Aug. 24.
