Spooky tales will be told by guest speaker

Author Charles Cassady Jr. will tell entertaining tales of ghost ships, haunted lighthouses, curses and phantom dogs when he speaks at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW.
