Austintown Chapter 4339, AARP, will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church, 162 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown. Blood pressure screenings and flu shots will be available at 12:30 p.m. The speaker will be Pam Miller from Senior Independence. Tickets for the Christmas party at the Saxon Club will be available. Dues will be collected.
Girard Senior Citizens Club will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Center, 16 N. State St. October birthdays and wedding anniversaries will be celebrated. A video program is planned.
Happy Wanderers will meet at noon Friday for a program on macular degeneration by Diana McOwen of Eye Care Associates. The hospitality committee will be Shirley Petrek, Shirley Rainey, Margaret Linn, Lois Singer and Bernie Randall. Greeters will be Alma Ludwick, Lois Haddenham, Lloyd Haddenham and Mary Ellen Wohlgamuth. Those whose last names begin with M-Z are asked to take cookies. Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church.
