Schools to sponsor family workshop

The St. Christine and St. Joseph & Immaculate Heart of Mary Home & School organizations will present a workshop featuring parenting expert Dr. Raymond Guarendi from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Christine parish center, 3125 S. Schenley Ave.

The presentation “Back to the Family” is an interactive workshop focusing on family values as well as discussing the struggles and difficulties that most families face.

Dr. Guarendi is a clinical psychologist, author and public speaker. He is a regular guest on national radio and television shows, including the “Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The 700 Club,” “Gordon Elliot Show,” and “CBS This Morning.”

This event is free and open to the public, but reservations are encouraged. Refreshments will be served.
