Family honors Mr., Mrs. Colaluca at dinner party

During a dinner party on Sept. 18 at Michael Alberini’s Restaurant in Boardman, Mr. and Mrs. Attilio Colaluca of Poland Township were honored by family members as they celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Hosts for the event were their daughter and her husband, Linda and Jim Varga of Struthers. Also participating were the couple’s grandsons, James and Matthew.

The former Sophie Gulas and Mr. Colaluca were married Sept. 16, 1950, in St. Matthias Church in Youngstown.

Mrs. Colaluca, a homemaker, is known as Sue.

Mr. Colaluca, who is known as Sax, retired as a substation foreman with Ohio Edison.
