The beach at the Outer Banks of North Carolina was the setting on Aug. 19 for the wedding of Jacquelyn O’Neil of Youngstown and Darrell Willis of North Carolina.

The bride is a daughter of Dean and Mary Ann O’Neil Nelson of Youngstown and the late John J. O’Neil, and the groom is a son of Delmar and Margaret Willis of the Outer Banks.

Serving as best man and honor attendant for the couple were Anthony and Maureen O’Neil Farris.

A wedding dinner followed the ceremony at Finnigans in the Outer Banks.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She is employed by a realty company in North Carolina.

The groom is a fisherman and is employed by the state of North Carolina.
