Two men face death penalty in Repchic slaying, wounding

YOUNGSTOWN — Kevin D. Agee Jr., 25, of Garfield Avenue, and Aubrey F. Toney, 29, of West Judson Avenue, face the death penalty if convicted on charges connected to the death of Thomas Repchic and the wounding of his wife, Jacqueline, on Sept. 25.

A Mahoning County grand jury today handed up indictments against both men on charges of aggravated murder, attempted murder and felonious assault. Those charges carry the death-penalty specification.
