CAMPBELL

A honeymoon in the Turks and Caicos islands followed the May 30 wedding of Kristin Houser, a daughter of Ronald and Andrea Houser of Austintown, and Miltiadis Dovas, a son of Dimitrios and Maroulaki Dovas of Campbell.

The couple were united in marriage by the Rev. Steve Denas at Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church, and accepted congratulations during a reception at Mr. Anthony’s in the Maronite Center, Youngstown.

The bride’s strapless ivory silk satin gown featured a sweetheart neckline with ruching on the bodice and an asymmetrical chapel train.

European glacier-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Jami Houser, sister of the bride, and Jennifer Houser, her sister-in-law, and the bridesmaids, Despina Kerpelis and Katina Hazimihalis, cousins of the groom; Whitney Frost; Courtney Walter; Kimberly Marzano; Aimee Gollner and Ashlee Gollner, cousins of the bride; and Gina Dovas, the groom’s sister. Flower girl was the bride’s cousin, Lexa Dintino.

Apostolos Dovas served as best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Ronald Houser, the bride’s brother; Panormitis Elenis; Apostolos Hazimihalis and Eleftrios Hazimihalis, cousins of the groom; Michael Kavouras; Michael Hostal; Michael Xipolitas; Nicholas Samonas; and George Psaras. Ring bearer was the groom’s cousin, Manoli Hazimihalis; crown bearer was Nicola Trikilis; and Koumbari were Nicholas and Nicole Hazimihalis, cousins of the groom.

The bride, a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, graduated from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio — St. Elizabeth Campus — with an associate degree in nursing.

The groom is a coatings engineer with North Star Painting in Campbell.

Mr. and Mrs. Dovas live in Boardman.
