YOUNGSTOWN

The Rev. Carol Myers officiated at 2:30 p.m. July 3 at New Covenant Worship Center for the wedding of Katie Lynn Caswell and Neal Robert Balestrino, both of Miamisburg, Ohio.

Parents of the bride are Robert and Sharon Caswell of Poland. Mr. Balestrino is a son of Larry and Suzanne Balestrino, also of Poland.

A taffeta gown designed with a beaded metallic lace bodice and lace-up back was worn by the bride. The skirt fell to a sweep train.

Megan Caswell was maid of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were Kaileen Balestrino, the groom’s sister; Lisa Riley and Kristen Rozzo, the bride’s cousins; and Amanda Pompoco. They wore gowns of candy pink, canary yellow, pool blue, champagne and wisteria.

Best man was Tom Bellstrom, and groomsmen were Shane Pompoco; David Eck; Mike Riley, the bride’s cousin; and Canyon Balestrino, the groom’s cousin.

Mrs. Balestrino is an intervention specialist at Grigsby Intermediate School in Carlisle. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education.

Her husband holds a degree in culinary arts from The Winner Culinary Institute. He is a chef at Milano’s in Miamisburg.
