How to get your free tickets to Vice President Joe Biden’s rally Monday

Vice President Joe Biden will lead a rally Monday at Astro Shapes in Struthers from about 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. About 250 free tickets are available from noon to 8 p.m. today at:

The Mahoning County Democratic headquarters, 3321 Mahoning Ave. in Youngstown.

The Trumbull County Democratic headquarters, 222 E. Market St. in Warren.

Tickets will be available at the headquarters beginning at 9:30 a.m. Monday before the rally.
