Youngstown State has won three straight, including last week's 31-28 win over Southern Illinois. That victory snapped the Salukis' conference record 14-game winning streak. This is the Penguins first road game since losing to Penn State 44-14 in the season opener.

Missouri State (1-2, 0-1) is coming off a double overtime loss to Illinois State. The Bears have won two straight against the Penguins but trail the overall series 11-3.
